- Laser Ever Inc. have office and local warehouse in Ontario and Los Angeles, CA.
- For customers inside USA, FREE shipping for standard US Domestic order and your laser pointers can arrive in 3~5 days after we process the shipment.
- For urgent case, Overnight / Next Day Air are available to make sure the parcels can be received timely and customers need to pay extra shipping fees.
- Please note for all orders placed on weekends (after Friday 16:00:00 UTC-8), they only can be handled on Monday.

Warranty Information
We guarantee 1 year Warranty time for all laser pointers.
If the product exceeds the warranty period, please note customers will need to pay for maintenance.
If the product get defects during the warranty period, we can help to repair for free and customers need to undertake the shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
Please note we will charge maintenance fee in case products are with following issues.
1. The problems caused by misuse or damage due to not follow the instruction manual.
2. Artificial modifications, adjustments or replacements of merchandise components which are not compatible and cause defects.
Return Policies
